Your Executive Secretary Book Review – How to Create a New Client Welcome Packet – A VA Forums Guide

As previously explained, in my transition from Naval Officer to Your Executive Secretary (Virtual Assistant), I have spent many hours reading. It should be noted that my Book Reviews, are my thoughts and not paid for reviews.

Create a Professional New Client Welcome Pack – Ebook
As an established Virtual Assistant, I still found the “Create a professional New Client Welcome Packet” to be a great resource. This short guide (don’t let that put you off – it contains everything you need) provides detailed insight on how a professional welcome packet should be created and then used in your business – it gives example forms that can be used and adapted by your business. Although the guide is written with the US market in mind, it includes both UK and Canadian examples – which is an added bonus.

This guide is written in such a way, that you feel as if a friend was talking / mentoring you through the benefits of having a welcome pack in your business, in addition there is also gentle guidance on how to convert potential leads into successful clients. As you continue through the guide, the author provides detailed steps and instruction on what you need to include in your welcome letter, retainer agreement, policy/procedure, intake form etc but if you are not sure, there are even editable documents that you can use. You can purchase the book from the following link:

A lot of VA’s won’t share what is in their Welcome Pack, it is very much seen as a Trade Secret, so it is great to have a resource that regardless of whether you are a new and aspiring VA or a seasoned VA you can develop/update/refine a great Welcome Pack.

I would love to hear below in the comments box your thoughts on this book if you have read it or if you have any recommendations on books that I should read.
